Recruiting, employer branding, content and community: the Women Career Festival connects employers with women from across Germany – and with the initiatives, networks and decision-makers shaping professional change.
What makes the WCF different
The Women Career Festival does not begin when the venue opens or end when the stands come down. From February 2027, pre-events across Germany will be co-created by employers and relevant initiatives or networks.
The smaller formats focus on topics that matter to women professionally and socially. Employers can connect with relevant audiences early in a credible, content-led setting and continue the relationship at the main event.
Initiatives, networks, associations and non-profit organisations participate free of charge. They advise visitors, contribute expertise to the programme and turn a recruiting fair into a platform for exchange and change.
The WCF deliberately includes CEOs, executive boards and decision-makers from business, politics, academia, media and institutions. Sustainable change needs the people who shape budgets, teams, programmes and structures.
Pre-Event-Journey
The detailed journey is developed with participating employers and initiatives. The model creates several relevant touchpoints without pre-empting specific event content.
Employers and relevant initiatives open the journey with focused topic-led formats.
Further encounters and content build personal connections with relevant audiences.
Communication and activations carry the topics towards the main event.
Expo, stages, masterclasses, initiatives and networking come together in one place.
Audience
The WCF reaches women at different career and life stages. Many are not actively looking for a job, but are open to new employers, advancement opportunities, professional inspiration, networks or a change of direction.
Your value
Direct conversations with women at every career stage – from entry level to leadership.
Position your organisation as a relevant employer in a professional setting with social resonance.
Your leaders can contribute perspectives and represent responsibility credibly.
Let audiences experience your organisation where careers and future-focused professional topics are discussed.
Initiatives and networks provide access to experience, expertise and relevant multipliers.
Pre-events, content, campaign activity and the main event create one connected festival journey.
Communication supports pre-events, speakers, initiatives, tracks and the main event over several months, creating significantly longer visibility than a single trade-show day.
Transparency note: approximately 5 million impressions and 3,000+ visitors are planning targets for the inaugural edition, not guaranteed delivery figures. Specific deliverables depend on the agreed participation package.Ways to participate
The specific format is developed in conversation. Not every employer needs the same presence – what matters is the audience and communication objective you want to reach.
Personal recruiting and employer-branding conversations at the main event expo.
Content visibility within the editorially curated programme structure and tracks.
Formats co-created with a relevant initiative in the run-up to the festival.
Extended brand and campaign integration throughout the WCF journey from February to May.
Substance behind the format
The first confirmed speakers and initiatives demonstrate the perspectives the WCF brings together. Further participants will be added once confirmed.
