Reach talent. Build an employer brand that moves.

Recruiting, employer branding, content and community: the Women Career Festival connects employers with women from across Germany – and with the initiatives, networks and decision-makers shaping professional change.

What makes the WCF different

More than a stand. More than one day.

The Women Career Festival does not begin when the venue opens or end when the stands come down. From February 2027, pre-events across Germany will be co-created by employers and relevant initiatives or networks.

Relevance, not product presentations

The smaller formats focus on topics that matter to women professionally and socially. Employers can connect with relevant audiences early in a credible, content-led setting and continue the relationship at the main event.

Communities help shape the festival

Initiatives, networks, associations and non-profit organisations participate free of charge. They advise visitors, contribute expertise to the programme and turn a recruiting fair into a platform for exchange and change.

Decision-makers belong in the conversation

The WCF deliberately includes CEOs, executive boards and decision-makers from business, politics, academia, media and institutions. Sustainable change needs the people who shape budgets, teams, programmes and structures.

Pre-Event-Journey

Four months for relationships, content and visibility.

The detailed journey is developed with participating employers and initiatives. The model creates several relevant touchpoints without pre-empting specific event content.

Pre-events begin

Employers and relevant initiatives open the journey with focused topic-led formats.

Deepen community connections

Further encounters and content build personal connections with relevant audiences.

Build visibility

Communication and activations carry the topics towards the main event.

Main event in Frankfurt

Expo, stages, masterclasses, initiatives and networking come together in one place.

Audience

Not only active jobseekers. Women with potential.

The WCF reaches women at different career and life stages. Many are not actively looking for a job, but are open to new employers, advancement opportunities, professional inspiration, networks or a change of direction.

2027 planning target 5m planned impressions

Campaign reach from February to May.

Communication supports pre-events, speakers, initiatives, tracks and the main event over several months, creating significantly longer visibility than a single trade-show day.

Transparency note: approximately 5 million impressions and 3,000+ visitors are planning targets for the inaugural edition, not guaranteed delivery figures. Specific deliverables depend on the agreed participation package.

Ways to participate

Questions & answers

What employers want to know up front.

Is the WCF a traditional recruiting fair?

No. Recruiting is central, but it is combined with employer branding, content-led tracks, initiatives, community formats and pre-events across Germany.

Who can employers reach at the WCF?

Women at different career and life stages – including students, graduates, professionals, leaders, career changers, returners and founders. Initiatives, networks and multipliers also take part.

Are 3,000+ visitors and 5 million impressions guaranteed?

No. Both figures are clearly stated as planning targets for the inaugural 2027 edition. Only the deliverables in the individually agreed participation package are binding.

Can employers help shape a pre-event?

Yes, depending on topic, timing and a relevant initiative. Formats are developed together and should enable genuine exchange – not simply a company presentation.

How can initiatives enquire about participation?

Initiatives and non-profit organisations do not use the HubSpot exhibitor form. They can email hello@womencareerfestival.de directly.
